Returns & Exchanges

Tom Beckbe accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, affix the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
